October Family Foraging Walk

All ages are welcome to this workshop with our resident plant mama, Katie!

On the first Sunday of every month, come along for a relaxed wander around one of London’s parks to find medicinal and nutritious treats! To aid you in your journey, Katie will teach you about the Honourable  Harvest and plant energetics, as well as key identifying features to look out for from our fellow floral friends. If you want to know how to gently heal your body with herbs or maybe you would like to get better at identifying trees, this is the Sunday morning down-time, day-time activity for you - Join The Plant Nerd Club!
